Virtual Prenatal, Postnatal & Parent-Centered Yoga Classes
Drop in to any virtual class for $20 or use any of our class packs or memberships to join us virtually or in-person.
Class Cancellation Policy: There is no fee to cancel your class up until 30 minutes before the class start time if you can no longer make class. If you do not show up for class or early cancel and are a class pack holders or 5 class member, you will lose the class credit. There is no charge for unlimited members.

What to Expect
A link to join will be emailed to you an hour before class.
You can also join via your Momence dashboard on your computer or app.
We suggest having yoga blocks (or anything like it — books, water bottle, empty boxes, whatever!), pillows, and/or a blanket near by just in case!
Your camera doesn’t have to be on, though we recommend it so the teacher can give feedback in the moment.
All virtual classes are 45 minutes & will still include sharing at the beginning
