Prenatal Yoga
Accessible for currently pregnant people in any stage of pregnancy. This class is accessible and safe for all stages of pregnancy and is meant to help alleviate common pregnancy discomforts and help prepare the body and mind for the many changes of pregnancy and for the experience of birth. Each class will focus on breath work, meditation, and specific physical postures to help individuals move through what they’re going through and build community with other expecting persons.
Pre/Postnatal Yoga
Accessible for currently pregnant and postpartum people. This class is meant to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to help us find a deeper sense of relaxation and ease in body and mind. In the first part of class, we will focus on gentle strength building through warrior postures & sun salutations to move breath and energy through the body. In the second part of class, we will use the heat we built to find a deeper stretch for the hamstrings and hips, eventually ending in deep rest to let the energy settle. This class will speak to our unique and as well as our shared journeys of parenthood as we move and breathe through them together. Class will always be safe and accessible to those who show up for it.
Candlelight Pre/Postnatal Yoga
Accessible for currently pregnant and postpartum people. Connect with yourself in a class meant to bring balance and ease to the body and mind. Set to candlelight, you can expect gentle and grounded movement paired with restorative postures held for longer to relax and unwind. This class is perfect to come down from overstimulation, to help with sleep struggles, or to ease anxiety – it’s also great if you’re just looking for a slower flow to feel more connected and calm in your body and mind. Class will always be safe and accessible to those who show up for it.
Pre/Postnatal Pump
Accessible for currently pregnant and postpartum people, but open to all parents. For those looking for an upbeat class to help maintain strength and cardiovascular health during and after your pregnancy, this class offers safe and supportive movement so we feel energized and strong throughout our journeys. We will also take time to be in community and balance our bodies and minds with stretching and rest. This class is fun and upbeat and is open to all - modifications will be made for pregnancy, birth experiences and/or postpartum concerns.
Pre/Postnatal HIIT
Accessible for currently pregnant and postpartum people, but open to all parents. For those looking for a higher intensity workout that is both pregnancy & postpartum safe, this class is for you! Combining circuit training with yoga, pilates, and low impact cardio, we will focus on building and maintaining strength and endurance throughout our parenting journeys. You can expect a fun and upbeat class that is also approachable and accessible for where you’re at - but don’t worry, we’ll definitely get you working and sweating! Open to all - modifications will be made for pregnancy, birth experiences and/or postpartum concerns.
Pre/Postnatal Pilates
Pre/Postnatal Pilates offers a safe yet challenging Pilates mat class. This class focuses on stabilizing core work, pelvic floor awareness, upper body strength, pelvic stabilization, spinal mobility, breath work, and stretches to ease back tension, tight hips, and aching feet.
All levels are welcome. No previous Pilates experience is necessary.
Happy Hips
Accessible for currently pregnant and postpartum people, but open to all parents/caregivers. This class is a twist on our regular pre/ postnatal yoga class specifically focused on creating space in and getting relief for our hips and low back. We intertwine gentle strength building and stability work along with active and deep stretching to feel balanced and supported in our bodies, as well as at ease in the mind. This class is accessible and safe for all stages of pregnancy as well as all types of births and postpartum concerns.
*Virtual* Restorative Flow
Accessible for currently pregnant and postpartum people and those planning to grow their family, but open to all parents. In this class, we show our bodies and minds the importance of rest. Focused on relaxing the nervous system, reducing anxiety, and releasing stress, each class will begin with a mindful flow to check-in with the physical body and ease into supported yoga postures, each held for 5-10 minutes. Restorative postures will be paired with breathwork, meditation, and/or yoga nidra to promote mindful rest. Class will always be safe and accessible to those who show up for it, especially those who need an opportunity to quiet the mind and body. Offered monthly.
Prenatal Partner Yoga
*Currently only offered as a pop up or for Navigating Birth Group participants.
Accessible for the currently pregnant person and their birth partner (spouse, family member, friend, doula or any support person you’d like). This is a fun and relaxed class created for people at all stages of pregnancy and their partners to connect physically, mentally, and emotionally, both on and off the mat. You can expect to practice deep breathing, poses, relaxation, and meditation. Unique to this class, though, is the hands-on contact with your partner to help you experience a deeper sense of release and stretch. The tools you learn in each session may be brought home and used throughout pregnancy, during labor, and beyond.

Postnatal Yoga
Accessible for the person who has ever carried a baby and/or experienced birth. Postnatal Yoga incorporates stability (core & trunk) work and vinyasa to alleviate stress and tension in the body and in the mind. As always, this time is also meant to create community with other new parents and be a safe space for you to keep connecting to your own physical and emotional health. Open to all postpartum people (recommended to be at least 6 weeks post vaginal birth/8 weeks post abdominal birth) – modifications for all types of births and postpartum concerns will be offered.
Postnatal: Core & Pelvic Floor
Accessible for the person who has ever carried a baby. An express class focused solely on rebuilding core strength & pelvic floor stability post pregnancy. This class will combine pelvic floor exercises with the intentions and mindfulness of a yoga class, giving you the mental and physical support you need during postpartum. Open to all postpartum people and accessible for all levels of experience – modifications for all types of births and postpartum concerns will be offered.
*We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks post pregnancy prior to starting a physical activity program such as this.

Baby+Me Yoga is a flexible combination of community building, breathwork, and mindful movement with a focus on building strength for postpartum recovery and caring for your baby as well as releasing common areas of tension from being a new parent. Opportunities to move with and interact with your little one will be provided along the way, but are never mandatory. This class is meant to connect you with other families and create a relaxed space to reground yourself and create meaningful connections with your little one. Accessible for all levels of experience. Postpartum participants must be cleared by a medical professional for exercise.
Baby+Me Yoga: Core & Pelvic Floor Flow
Accessible for the person who has ever carried a baby and their infant (pre-crawling). You can expect all the things you know and love about Baby+Me Yoga -- community building, breathwork to release anxiety and tension, and mindful movement with your baby -- unique to this class, though, is that the asana (physical postures) will have a specific focus on core and pelvic floor relaxation and strength. Opportunities to move with and interact with your little one will be provided along the way, but are never mandatory. Come to connect with other families while rebuilding strength meant specifically for the postpartum body.

Music for Littles
Accessible for any parent/caregiver and their kiddo (ages 0-3ish). In this special and fun class, we use music and play to facilitate co-regulation and one-on-one bonding with activities such as group singing, playing instruments to provide musical stimulation to our littles, music for relaxation, supporting child development through music, and so much more. You will be guided through the class by a board-certified music therapist and absolutely no musical experience is required of you!
Mobile Babies Yoga
Accessible for any parent/caregiver plus your crawling or walking kiddo. This easy going vinyasa class is meant to provide a space for you to flow through a guided practice while your little one can move freely around the room. Our practice will focus on core and trunk stability as well as chest, shoulder, and hip opening to provide a counter to our daily lives. Occasionally, intentional movement with our babies may be incorporated but you can always feel free to interact with them as you please throughout class – or just leave them be!

Yoga for Perinatal Anxiety
Pregnancy & postpartum is a time of many transitions and can bring with it experiences of anxiety, overwhelm, and uncertainty. This class will provide an opportunity to both learn more about the experiences of anxiety within pregnancy & postpartum as well as provide an opportunity to connect with others through breath and movement who are feeling similarly.
Class will incorporate and teach pranayama (breathing) techniques to support decreased anxiety through activation of the parasympathetic nervous system and will invite participants to explore mantra as a tool to cope with worry.
Class is led by Rae Melhorn, yoga teacher & LCSW. All memberships, class packs & drop ins apply.
Our classes welcome all levels of experience and all walks of life. We take care to create an experience that is inclusive and supportive.
