Cancellation Policy: You can cancel for free up until 30 mins of the class. If you do not show up or early cancel for an in-person class, All Access Members will be charged a $5 fee & Premium & Basic Members, Class Pack holders and drop ins will lose the class credit. If you do not show up for class or early cancel for a virtual class and are a Basic or Premium Member, Class Pack holder, or drop in you will lose the class credit. There is no charge for All Access Members.
