Hi there! I’m Rachel. As I became a parent, I craved a space where my yoga practice would evolve with me and where I could show up authentically as my (tired, hormonal, spit up covered) self, so I created Whole Heart Space.

We’re here to support you mentally & physically as we all navigate parenthood together. Full permission to show up exactly as you are.

    Our in-person group class to take you and your birth partner through everything you'll need to know to prepare for the end of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and caring for your newborn.

  • CPR & Choking Preparedness

    We rarely want to think about the worst-case scenario. But the only thing worse than having an emergency is not knowing what to do when one arises - join us to gain the skills and tools to respond quickly and skillfully.

  • Getting Started Breastfeeding

    Made for new or experienced pregnant folks & their support partner, you can expect to learn about what breastfeeding looks like in the first few weeks & beyond plus specific tips & tools for a successful lactation journey.
